Gong Cha is a bubble tea in Hartsdale, New York. It is listed at 261 N Central Ave, Hartsdale, NY 10530, which places it among the local businesses of Hartsdale that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

I was really disappointed with my experience. it tasted like watered-down tea. There was almost no Earl Grey flavor, no tea aroma, and barely any milk flavor—it honestly just tasted like flavored water. The pearls were also very hard and chewy, as if they weren’t cooked properly. On top of that, the drink was quite small for $7.65, which felt like very poor value. For this price, I’d honestly rather go to Starbucks or almost anywhere else. I’ve had much better milk tea from other places. Unfortunately, this visit was so disappointing that I won’t be coming back.

Went there yesterday around 7:00 p.m. the worst customer service experience I've ever had anywhere. I have witnessed the man behind the counter be rude in the past but never towards me. I should have known my day would come. I went up to the counter to order because I was paying in cash and the man told me to "shoo, shoo" go use the self-service kiosk. I told him I'm paying cash and he told me no shoo again. I stood there in disbelief like was he joking but he told me again he's not taking orders because he is alone. I walked out and went to Kung fu tea in white plains instead. I will never support this place again. Not giving them my money to be treated so nasty. Very disappointed!! Also left a message with their customer contact page and never heard back from them.

They started to smoke in the back. Whole place smelled like cigarettes. Smell so bad. Also they didn’t accept the promotion code for the discount and sounded very annoyed the fact that I’m using a promotion code. One of the workers was just so rude to me. Never going back. So sad because I have been going to this place for years and I don’t know what happened. It’s so bad now.

Went here the other day, and my first impression was that the store was very dirty. When I looked at the walls closer, they were disgusting and dirty, with discoloration that had been built up over time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt however, because I used to work in food service too so I thought maybe there was only one person on shift and they were busy. I ordered through the iPad and got the lychee oolong with basil seeds and herb jelly. It was good and standard, as across most Gong Cha locations. When I sat down, the area was dirty. Here’s what I didn’t appreciate- there were 3 people behind the counter. As soon as I got my order, I saw the other two people sitting on their phones. Soon, all three were just on their phones. Not cleaning or anything. Another customer had ordered and requested no ice. They saw one of the workers put ice in a cup along with their drink, and kindly inquired about the ice because they didn’t order ice. The worker rudely said “do you see ice in this cup? Do you see any ice in this cup?” Repeatedly before her coworker explained the ice was just for the shaker to cool the drink before serving. The service was unacceptable in my opinion, alon

First time ordering here lucky to get their buy one get one deal $7.77…pretty nice, decent and neat place and friendly staff. On the other hand I didn’t like the Pearl boba 🧋 because it’s not fully cooked in the middle I had to spit them out. I only ordered boba on my taro order the dirty brown milk tea is good. Nothing compares to the taro from The Whale Tea cause they use fresh taro. Go Greenly has also good tasting taro it’s creamy. The ones at this Gong Cha location nothing special since it is powder and almost bland like Tous Les Jours. Just my two cents.
